May Form Sub-committee Or Working Team
11. May form Sub-Committee or Working Team:
(1) The Board may, form Sub-Committee or Working Team to carry out the functions smoothly as it requires.
(2) The functions, duties, powers and procedures of the SubCommittee or Working Team to be formed pursuant to Sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the Board.
